Mortgage approvals may be based on credit, LTV and loan purpose. The discounted rate of 25 basis points applies only to a 30-year mortgage purchase or refinance and not all loans that are submitted to CSE may qualify. FHA, VA, USDA and JUMBO loans are excluded from the promotion. The rate discount is based off the listed 30-year rate on the day the rate lock occurs.
